Who is responsible for your data
Datescal.com (“Datescal,” “we,” “us”) operates datescal.com and is the controller of personal data collected through the site. Contact: contact@datescal.com.
What information Datescal collects

Who receives your information

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
U.S. state residents
Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

Datescal does not discriminate against anyone who uses these rights.
How long Datescal keeps information
Datescal keeps contact messages for [12 months] after the matter is resolved, then deletes them. Server logs are kept for [30 days].
Cookie lifetimes are set by the provider that places them. Google’s retention practices are described in Google’s privacy policy.
International data transfers
Datescal is operated from USA, and its service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data security
Datescal uses HTTPS encryption and limits access to personal data to the people who need it to run the site.
No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and Datescal cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Datescal is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13.
Datescal does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent Datescal personal information, email [contact@datescal.com] and it will be deleted.
Links to other websites
Datescal links to university, district, government, and other external websites. Datescal is not responsible for those sites’ privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
Datescal may update this policy when its practices or the law change. The last-updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
